Kathy has over 20 years of experience working with social change organizations as a consultant and advisor. She holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin, Madison; a Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from Georgetown University, Washington DC; and a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from Lawrence University, Appleton, Wisconsin.

Kathy brings a deep knowledge base in nonprofit programming and evaluation. Main areas of focus include: K-12 Education, Career(Workforce)Development, and Health Promotion. Current and former clients include: AARP Foundation, Innovation Network, Goodwill Industries International, Mirsky Legal. LLC, The American Red Cross, and The Latin American Youth Center.
